Gold Standard In Behavioral Assessments

The Birkman Method

Roger Birkman began researching people in the late fifties due to his experience as a bomber pilot in World War II. He saw first-hand that individual differences in visual and interpersonal perceptions impacted pilot performance greatly. And he spent the rest of his life trying to understand how and why.

The result is the best ‘personality’ assessment ever created. Over 70 million people and 10,000 companies have completed or used the assessment since it became available in the sixties.

You’ve probably heard of or taken some kind of personality test before: Myers-Briggs, DISC, Clifton Strength Finders, The Enneagram, or another. Questions go something like this: ‘I can be forceful with my opinions’ or ‘I’ve been a romantic person’ or ‘I have a gift for treating people differently’.

The Birkman Method is the ONLY assessment on the market that focuses on how a student describes others. As well as themselves. And this makes all the difference.

If you’re willing, we would love the opportunity to show you how.
