We here at NexTest help high school and college students gain a competitive advantage in the real world. We do this by helping them discover their unique professional wirings at an early age through data-driven assessments.

We’ve worked with over 1,000 students, and if there’s anything we’ve learned to this point, it’s this: when it comes to career planning, especially for high school students,   you have to speak their language for it to be received at all. For better or worse, we’ve learned to speak Gen Z language and have become very effective at helping students know what’s next.

The Details - How it Works

Step 1. Sign your son or daughter up below to reserve their spot. You do not have to pay before your student participates. Once you sign up, we will be in touch directly with you!

Step 2. Students take the best career assessment ever created- The Birkman Method - online in their free time before October 13th.

Step 2. Students meet with Trey in small groups for an hour, during school on October 21st, to understand results and receive job, major, and next step matches.

Step 3. Parents meet with Trey in small groups, dates TBD, to understand results and receive job, major, and next step matches.

  • The program costs $325.

    Payment is due after the program. You will be charged by PCS via you school account.

  • Good. You should be skeptical of personality tests or any assessment that claims to be a "crystal ball" for life direction. Though we believe our program is a powerful tool, it isn't what provides meaning to work. It's simply a starting point for us to help your son or daughter find work they will love and excel in.

  • They can still find a lot of value in doing the program. They will understand why they are interested in what they are interested in, and, most importantly, there may be some other options they have never considered they discover during the program.

  • Once the group sessions are completed, we will have details on how to continue working with us if needed.
