Welcome BCS Parents/ Students

Most students struggle to know what direction to take after high school. This includes choosing a major, a college, or a career path. As parents, it can seem overwhelming to consider such important decisions without any guidance.

We here at NexTest experienced the same struggle and decided to create a solution.

We’ve worked with hundreds of students and parents and spent years building a program that can help you and your son or daughter know what’s next.

Scroll down to watch a short video to learn more. If you are interested in reserving a spot for your child to work with us, fill out the sign up form below the video.

We can’t wait to meet your son or daughter and get them heading in the right direction!

  • The program costs $325. ONE CLASS at MSU, Ole Miss, or Southern is over $1,000!

Payment is due after the program is completed by your student. We accept payments online, by Venmo, or by check.

  • Good. You should be skeptical of personality tests or any assessment that claims to be a "crystal ball" for life direction. Though we believe our program is a powerful tool, it isn't what provides meaning to work. It's simply a starting point for us to help your son or daughter find work they will love and excel in.

  • We still STRONGLY encourage students to participate. Our expertise is learning what new jobs are available and best suited to needs. So, even if your senior knows what field they are interested in, working with us will help solidify their plan, as well as learn new opportunities in their chosen field.

  • Once the group sessions are completed, we will have details on how to continue working with us if needed.

Step 1- Gather Data

The first step is gathering quality data. We use the Birkman Method to accomplish this- the gold standard in “personality” assessments. It is the ONLY assessment on the market measuring a person’s underlying needs and expectations. It is completed online and takes roughly 40 minutes. Watch the video to learn more.

Step 2- Explain The Data

For the process to help students, there must be buy-in. For the process to help parents, there must be understanding of assessment results. That happens during small group sessions. We meet with students for 50 minutes (a class period) in groups no larger than 10 THEN meet with parents in similar group sizes at  separate times for roughly 75 minutes.

Step 3- Interpret The Data

This program is only valuable if students and parents know how to take a next step. Every student will receive tailored college, major, and job matches. If a student doesn’t want to go to college, specific job and next step matches will be provided as well.
